<h3>About The Role</h3>
<p>As a CBRE Commercial Refrigeration Technician Supervisor you will supervise the team responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the ongoing maintenance and repair operations for a facility, a campus, or a portfolio of buildings.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Track the training and developmentSeal of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching opportunities. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and communicate preventive maintenance programs and safety procedure manuals.</li>
<li>Develop material and labor cost estimates for work orders, preventative maintenance activities, systems, and construction projects.</li>
<li>Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.</li>
<li>Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.</li>
<li>Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.</li>
<li>Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at senior levels and with divergent interests, to adopt a different point of view.</li>
<li>Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.</li>
<li>Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.</li>
<li>Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.</li>
<li>Promote accountability and diligence among CBRE Commercial Refrigeration Technicians and third‑party technicians by ensuring their work is subject to review.</li>
<li>Confirm that all approved proposals are executeddistinct implementations correctly and that root causes are effectively addressed.</li>
<li>Respond to emergency situations and fill in when assigned technicians are unavailable due to vacation or other absences, ensuring continuity of service.</li>
<li>Perform systems modifications as needed to maintain optimal performance and operational reliability.</li>
<li>Conduct post‑installation reviews to identify and document deficiencies, ensuring they are addressed in collaboration with the construction team for a complete and compliant handover.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You’ll Need</h3>
<ul>
<li>Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic – the individual库must possess a Journeyman Certificate or a recognized trade credential from another Canadian province or territory (313A or Red Seal Endorsements) with 5‑8 years of job‑related experience.</li>
<li>CO2 commercial refrigeration system experience is an asset as training will be provided.</li>
<li>Gas Technician (G1) or Gasfitter A (Class A).</li>
<li>ODP Certificate – Ozone Depletion Certificate.</li>
<li>Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license.</li>
<li>Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.</li>
<li>An innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.</li>
<li>Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.</li>
<li>In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.</li>
<li>Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.</li>
<li>Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial‑related calculations.</li>

<p>CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the Commercial Refrigeration Technician Supervisor is between $105,000 annually and $120,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successfulלמיד candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
