Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 base salary + commission + equity shares

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients across various industries
- Conduct prospecting and outreach to grow your book of business
- Provide tailored insurance solutions that align with client needs and risk profiles
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and professional client experience
- Stay informed on market trends, carrier offerings, and industry developments
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in commercial insurance
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
- Experience working with reputable brokerages
- Self-motivated, driven, and eager to advance within a high-growth environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- RIBO license
