If you have a knack for organization, love working with people, and want to make a real impact in the communities you manage—keep reading!</p><p>In this role, you’ll take the lead on a portfolio of condominiums right here in Calgary. You’ll be the friendly, go-to expert for board members, owners, and contractors—making sure everything runs smoothly and in line with our management agreements. You will be responsible for the relationship management with our clients, and advise the Condominium corporations the operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio. </p><p></p><p>Whether you’re looking to grow your condominium management career or dive deeper into a leadership role, you’ll find plenty of support and development opportunities here.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:</p><p></p><p><strong>Why This Role Might Be Perfect for You:</strong></p><ul><li>You’re a licensed Condominium Manager in Calgary, Alberta</li><li>You’ve got great communication and organization skills</li><li>You’re a natural when it comes to customer service and relationship-building</li><li>You enjoy working in a team, but you’re also confident making decisions independently</li><li>You’re curious, motivated, and ready to grow in your career</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Overseeing day-to-day operations for your assigned portfolio—ensuring everything from maintenance to communications is on point</li><li>Managing contracts, monitoring performance, and making sure our high standards are met (and exceeded!)</li><li>Building strong relationships with board members, owners, tenants, and contractors—you&#39;re the friendly face of our service</li><li>Taking care of budgets and keeping spending on track—because financial stewardship matters</li><li>Supporting and supervising any site staff at your properties</li><li>Offering helpful guidance on legislation and compliance—so our communities stay informed and protected</li><li>Identifying ways we can make our properties even better through improvements and innovation</li><li>Promoting and using our in-house systems and processes to keep everything running like clockwork</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>You have <strong>at least two years of experience in condominium management</strong>—you know the ropes and are ready to take ownership of your portfolio</li><li>You’ve worked with maintenance and mechanical projects, or subcontracted services before—that’s a bonus!</li><li>You hold a valid <strong>Condominium Management Associate license</strong> through RECA</li><li>You&#39;re comfortable with Microsoft Office and accounting systems, and you’re eager to learn new tools</li><li>You understand the ins and outs of <strong>budgets, administration, and accounting processes</strong></li><li>You’re organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your time and responsibilities like a pro</li><li>You have a good working knowledge of <strong>The Real Estate Act</strong> and are familiar with condominium bylaws</li><li>Your communication skills—written and verbal—are strong and professional</li><li>You take pride in <strong>excellent customer service</strong> and know how to build strong, trusting client relationships</li><li>You have a valid <strong>Driver’s License</strong>, a clean <strong>Driver’s Abstract</strong>, and your own reliable vehicle</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid work arrangements with some ability to work from home</li><li>Education assistance</li><li>Extended health care and Dental care - fully funded by the employer</li><li>Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance and AD&D </li><li>Emergency out of country coverage</li><li>Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, personal days, 2 additional Statutory holidays)</li><li>A great team to work with!
