Job Description

Equation Staffing is currently recruiting Construction Labourers to support our clients as they prepare for the busy 2026 construction season. These positions are temporary in nature; however, there is potential for longer-term opportunities based on performance and client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, safety-focused individuals looking to gain work across a variety of construction projects.<br><br>
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>General site cleanup and debris removal.</li><li>Assisting skilled trades as required.</li><li>Material handling and moving supplies.</li><li>Operating basic hand and power tools.</li><li>Maintaining a clean and safe worksite.</li><li>Following all site safety procedures and instructions.<br><br></li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous construction or labour experience is an asset (not required).</li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding work.</li><li>Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.</li><li>Steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, work gloves.</li><li>Reliable transportation to job sites (strong asset).</li><li>Strong work ethic and punctuality.</li><li>CSTS, WHMIS, or other safety tickets are a strong asset.<br><br></li></ul>
