Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial interior renovation and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing multiple projects simultaneously, working in occupied spaces, coordinating with clients and consultants, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a detail oriented leader who is comfortable owning the full lifecycle of construction delivery.


Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, coordination, and delivery
• Lead project planning, setting up timelines, scopes, and cost controls to ensure successful execution
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contract administration, change management, and purchase orders
• Conduct regular site meetings, review progress, monitor safety, and ensure quality control
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
• Review drawings, specifications, and vendor proposals to identify risks or scope gaps
• Maintain project budgets, update forecasting, and track cost impacts throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with site supervisors and field teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
• Ensure project closeout is completed accurately including deficiencies, turnover packages, warranties, and final invoicing
• Manage multiple concurrent fit-out and renovation projects ranging from small scale updates to larger multi-floor programs


Qualifications
• Minimum five years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction or interiors
• Demonstrated experience managing interior fit-outs, renovations, or tenant improvement projects
• Strong understanding of drawings, construction sequencing, permitting, and building code requirements
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proficient with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Valid driver’s license and ability to attend project sites across the GTA
