A career as a Coordinator at National Bank, your ability to work in synergy with your colleagues and partners will be a key asset. In this role, you’ll optimize processes to help your colleagues, while supporting them in various team activities.
Your job:
- Preparation of Loan and Lease Documentation for Business Development Managers
- Prioritize and manage incoming Loan and Lease fundings
- Request PPSA Searches
- Follow Anti-Money Laundering policy and procedures
- Calling Vendors and Insurance Brokers
- Help improve processes and related issues
- Work with coordinators on other teams and various partners.

Prerequisites:
- A three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
- Customer service experience
- Coordination experience
- Experience in banking, an asset
- Experience in process improvement
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
