About the OpportunityFinancial Operations & ReportingLead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial activities, including journal entries for accruals, asset depreciation, and internal group allocationsPerform reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure financial records are accurate, balanced, and in compliance with internal controlsRegularly monitor cash activity to validate transaction accuracy and proper categorizationSupport the configuration of employees in the expense management platform and coordinate electronic fund transfersProvide timely financial insights and data support in response to internal and audit-related requestsSupplier & Disbursement ManagementCollaborate with international team members on invoice processing and payment workflow activitiesGenerate and review scheduled payment batches, ensuring supporting documentation is complete and compliant with policiesAct as a point of contact for external vendors to resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies professionally and efficientlyCompensation SupportDomestic PayrollAssist in bi-monthly payroll runs, ensuring proper handling of deductions, benefit contributions, and executive paymentsRecord payroll data in financial systems and verify reconciliations align with actual payments and financial reportingPartner with HR teams to update payroll records and handle off-cycle or specialized compensation requestsParticipate in the preparation of annual government submissions and tax-related filingsGlobal Mobility & Expatriate PayrollAdminister payroll for internationally assigned employees, calculating net pay, applicable withholdings, and tax obligationsCoordinate global payroll payments, including initiating fund transfers and booking intercompany chargesProduce compensation summaries and invoices for cross-border payroll transactionsAbout YouOver 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, payroll administration, and payablesStrong working knowledge of ERP and finance platforms such as SAP and Concur; familiarity with Dayforce or similar payroll systemsDemonstrated expertise in managing complete financial close cyclesSkilled in payroll processing for both local and international staff, including reconciliations and statutory filingsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulasStrong communication and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail and organizational precisionMaintains professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and employee informationCapable of balancing multiple high-priority tasks in dynamic and fast-paced work environmentsSalary$85,000How to ApplyClick the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
