The Opportunity:

Our client, a rapidly growing global SaaS (Software as a Service) company, is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join their team in Toronto, Ontario. The Customer Marketing Manager will help to design and execute programs that strengthen engagement, deepen customer relationships, and develop data-driven strategies across the customer lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

· Creating multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, adoption, and retention throughout the customer journey.

· Analyzing customer behavior and usage trends to identify opportunities and risks, turning insights into actionable strategies.

· Partnering with revenue and success teams to design targeted campaigns that promote upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.

· Segmenting customers based on engagement and value metrics to deliver tailored communication journeys.

· Leading initiatives to capture success stories, testimonials, and case studies, and enhance presence on review platforms and industry forums.

· Planning and executing webinars, workshops, and community events to strengthen relationships and showcase product value.

· Conducting A/B testing and continuously optimizing campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.

· Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance using analytics and automation tools.

The Ideal Candidate:

· Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business, or other relevant fields.

· 5 – 7+ years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or B2B Marketing, specifically in the SaaS industry.

· Hands-on experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and webinar programs; familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (Salesforce or similar).

Complimentary Experience:

· Excellent written and verbal skills for crafting clear, engaging, customer-centric messaging.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global tech environment; results-oriented and team-focused.
