Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Our client in Calgary is an industry-leading transportation and supply-chain company, and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative (LTL) who will respond to client inquiries and requests, and ensure shipments are meeting deadlines. Responsibilities:
  • Resolve client complaints and questions in a professional manner.
  • Creating freight bills as needed.
  • Answering the phone.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Manage customers' accounts, updating information as needed.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Coordinate between departments effectively.
  • Other duties as required.



Qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience working in an office environment is required.
  • Previous experience working in a Customer Service role is mandatory.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Highly proficient with Outlook, rule setting and handling high volumes of emails.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication, spoken and written.
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Strong ability to resolve issues and maintain customer relations.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am.
