Customer Service Representative

Job Description

M and J Woodcrafts have been supplying cabinet manufacturers with custom cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and moldings since 1980. We pride ourselves on producing high-end quality products and going above and beyond for our customers.

As we continue to grow we are seeking a dynamic and hardworking individual that is interested in learning a bit of everything in our customer service department. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow and help make a positive impact on our customer's overall experience.

A typical day may include:
  • Answering phones.
  • Filing paperwork.
  • Dealing with walk-in customers.
  • Checking orders to ensure that they are correct.
  • Call customers for payments.
  • Getting back to customers promptly.
  • Constantly communicate with the floor workers about new and existing orders.
  • Provide assistance and clerical support to the Accounting Department.

  • Self-motivated and independent.
  • Able to work as a team to coordinate throughout holidays.
  • Flexible and able to work overtime or adapt to different shifts if necessary.



Work Experience:
  • 2-3 years of Customer Service experience preferred (not necessary).



Education:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent).


The Fine Print:


The hours will be 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday) with some flexibility. Please note hours could change in the future depending on customer requirements. Every second Friday is a day off as we work a flex schedule. Standard health and dental coverage plan are available after 3 months. Our plant is located in the Tilbury Industrial Park on a major bus route.
