As a Customer Service Representative, the following will be your key responsibilities:
Receiving and processing orders
Understand Masterfeeds product and service and share that knowledge with the customer
Maintain organized records of all orders, invoices and customer communications
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and shipping information and provide follow up to the customer
Ensure proper communication between sales desk and manufacturing plant
Work with other departments to create, maintain and track pick-up and deliveries
Maintain a safe and sanitary atmosphere and ensure compliance with quality standards
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow-up
Understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to make good judgments and quick decisions
Preferred:
Previous experience in a similar role
High school diploma or equivalent
