Customer Support Intern (Hybrid)  Survalent is seeking a Customer Support Intern to provide Survalent is seeking a Customer Support Intern to support internal operations and contribute to a new initiative focused on improving technical documentation. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer support processes, internal licensing management, and IT/cloud knowledge documentation within an enterprise environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to assist with licensing-related tasks and help build and organize technical articles in Survalent’s Confluence knowledge base.   What you will be doing: * Develop a pilot project to create and maintain a knowledge base with IT and cloud-related articles * Support the administration and customization of our cloud infrastructure. * Customize PRTG dashboards and configure monitoring alerts. * Engage with customers by supporting the Support Team with follow-ups and case handling. * Assist the Licensing team with day-to-day operational activities. * Perform other related duties as required. * Other duties as required  Education and Experience: * Enrolled in a University Program in electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechatronics, electronics and communications or similar discipline  * Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal. * Customer focus with ability to work under pressure. * Microsoft Windows Proficiency (both Server and PC level) * Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and IIS. * Experience in a Technical Support/ Customer service role is considered an asset * Knowledge of Power Engineering and Distribution Networks is considered an asset * Strong multi-tasking ability. * Problem solving skills- ability to think out of the box. * Self-motivated and empathetic listening skills   This is an internship position reporting to the Manager, Customer Support.
