Role Summary

The Delivery Fulfillment Specialist plays a key role in ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient day-to-day operations that meet customer service standards while driving continuous improvement.

Reports to: Site Manager (or as assigned)


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Complete fleet safety checklists
  • Maintain order accuracy and maintain customer-monitored inventory
  • Perform order picking, receiving, and putaway
  • Keep work areas clean and organized (5S standards)
  • Communicate customer issues to the Account Manager
  • Support paint mixing and retail operations
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • On-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery
  • Pick/putaway accuracy
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Safety compliance (zero lost-time incidents)
  • 5S audit score

Qualifications & Experience
  • 3–5 years in operations, logistics, or warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of 5S/lean principles
  • Valid G driver’s licence (required for delivery roles)

Tools & Systems Exposure
  • ERP systems (e.g., Spire)
  • Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Monitored-Inventory/Mixit paint mixing systems
  • Fleet safety
  • Browns RPG (where applicable)

Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced retail/warehouse/field environment
  • Occasional lifting up to ~40 lb and extended standing
  • Driving between customer sites/branches
  • Occasional evening/weekend work during inventories or events
