In this customer-centric role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service within a contractual framework.* Work on once-in-a-lifetime projects that have global impact.* Collaborate with peers globally.* Use the latest tools and emerging technologies.* Focus on continuous innovation and professional growth.**Key Responsibilities*** **Delivery Coordination & Oversight** + Partner closely with PMO to align on timelines, governance, and reporting standards. + Collaborate with Technical Advisory to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum. + Assign resources to projects based on scope, complexity, and priority. + Monitor the quality of deliverables to ensure adherence to standards and best practices. + Escalate delivery constraints, risks, and dependencies to leadership for timely resolution.* **Stakeholder Engagement** + Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding delivery progress, risks, and dependencies. + Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.* **Governance & Best Practices** + Enforce delivery frameworks, methodologies, and ServiceNow best practices across all initiatives. + Drive compliance with organizational standards, including risk management and change control processes.* **Continuous Improvement** + Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes and enhance collaboration between internal/external stakeholders. + Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.**Who You Are****Required Skills & Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering* 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow delivery management, including large-scale implementations.* Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.* Excellent understanding of ITSM processes, Agile methodologies, and project governance.* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* **Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)** is required.**Preferred Qualifications*** ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS in ITSM or other modules).* ITIL Foundation or Intermediate certification* Experience in enterprise environments with complex integrations.* Familiarity with resource management and quality assurance practices.*This position requires the employee to work on a regular basis with Kyndryl stakeholders located in other Canadian provinces, the United States, or internationally where English is the common language, making knowledge of the English language a requirement for this position in addition to fluency in French.***Being You**Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
