Dental Sterilization Technician/Assistant/Floater
Job Description
We are looking for a caring and committed Dental Sterilization Assistant/Technician and Floater for our growing dental office in Mississauga. Our office is expanding and we would love to hire an exceptional, experienced dental sterilization assistant/technician who would like a long-term position that takes pride in their work and can be a part of our dental familyDental Assisting/Sterilization Experience in an Ontario/Canadian Office, as well as IPAC experience, is a strong asset, but not required. The right candidate will be trained. Dental Assisting Certification (Level 1 or 2) and/or HARP are considered very strong assets.
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to work some evenings during the week.
- Must be able to work selected Saturdays (2 Saturdays per month).
- Must be flexible with duties (environmental cleaning, assisting, reception, seating patients, etc).
- Must have excellent communication skills, have an upbeat, positive attitude, and enjoy serving patients.
- Must be organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented while being able to work efficiently in a fast pace environment.
- Must be dedicated to continuous improvement and providing the highest quality of care possible.
- Must be an independent, dedicated, committed and caring, individual.
