Remote Outbound Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our team, where you will play a key role in helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform.


In this role, you will be focused on net-new advertiser acquisition—reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns.

  • Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers
  • Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus; strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach are required.


What You Get

Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission


Certification is provided at no cost

This gig is worked from the comfort of your own home


A minimum of 32 hours per week is required, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST

An opportunity to work with a leading social media platform


Performance Metrics
  • Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month
  • Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
  • Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness


Mandatory Requirements
  • Applicants must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience
  • Applicants must not have any active contract with another gig while working for us
  • Applicants must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment)
  • This is an outbound sales role; applicants must be comfortable sourcing new leads and using consultative selling techniques
