Outbound Sales Representative
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a motivated and energetic Account Executive.
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be focused on net-new advertiser acquisition—reaching out to business owners, educating them on digital advertising, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
– Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers
– Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.

Mandatory Requirements:
– 2 years of validatable sales experience
– Ability to present at least 2 years of validatable sales experience
– Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit and Employment Check)
Performance Metrics:
– Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month
– Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser
– Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
