Digital Advertising Sales Executive

As a Digital Advertising Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new business advertisers and driving revenue growth through digital advertising.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading social media platform and help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) achieve their marketing goals.
About the Role:
Net-new advertiser acquisition – proactively reach out to business owners, educate them on the platform, pitch the value of advertising, and help them launch their first campaigns
Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising
Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus; strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach are essential

Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission

Work from the comfort of your own home, with a minimum commitment of 32 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST

Performance Metrics:
Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month
Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
Requirements:
At least 2 years of validatable sales experience
Not have any active contract with a different gig while working for JumpCrew X
Be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check)
This is an outbound sales role, requiring consultative selling to existing leads and sourcing new leads
