Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. This individual will be responsible for acquiring new business advertisers and educating them on the value of digital advertising.
In this role, you will focus on net-new advertiser acquisition, proactively prospecting, pitching, and activating new SMB advertisers.

You will use consultative selling skills to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience and be comfortable with high-volume outreach. They will be able to source new leads, engage with existing ones, and maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers
* Use consultative selling skills to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising
* Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
What We Offer
* A competitive base pay of $24 CAD/hr

* Flexible scheduling, working a minimum of 32 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST
Requirements
* At least 2 years of validatable sales experience
* Ability to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check)
* Willingness to source new leads and engage with existing ones
Performance Metrics
* Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month
* Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser
