Remote Outbound Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for individuals who can proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new business advertisers. You will be responsible for educating businesses on the value of digital advertising and helping them launch their first campaigns.
- Prospect and pitch new business advertisers
- Educate businesses on the benefits of digital advertising
- Help businesses launch their first campaigns
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of validatable sales experience
- The ability to consultatively sell to existing leads and source new leads
- A strong understanding of digital advertising and its benefits
Benefits:
This is a remote opportunity that offers:
- A base pay rate of $24 CAD per hour
- The potential for commission earnings
- A flexible schedule with a minimum of 32 hours per week
Metric Goals:
To succeed in this role, you will be expected to meet the following performance metrics:
- Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month
- Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser
