- We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Account Executives to join our team, where we help small and medium-sized businesses grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform.

As an Account Executive, you will be focused on net-new advertiser acquisition—reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns.
“>
Main Responsibilities:

- Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers
“>
You will use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.
“>
Requirements:
“>
- Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus; strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach are essential
“>
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes base pay and commission. You will also have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and set your own schedule.

Key Performance Metrics:
“>
- Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month
- Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
“>
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience and be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with consultative selling and sourcing new leads.
