• We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Account Executives to join our team, where we help small and medium-sized businesses grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform.

As an Account Executive, you will be focused on net-new advertiser acquisition—reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns.

• Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers

“>

You will use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.

“>

• Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus; strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach are essential

“>

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes base pay and commission. You will also have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and set your own schedule.

• Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month
• Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of validatable sales experience and be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with consultative selling and sourcing new leads.

• Earn base pay ($24 CAD/hr) + commission
