<p>Onsite 5 days/week Calgary</p><p>Salary: $70,000-85,000/year</p><p><br></p><p>A rapidly expanding fintech organization is looking for a multi-disciplinary Senior Designer to play a leading role in building and rolling out new brands across a diverse portfolio of businesses, while leveraging AI along the way. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves shaping visual identities from the ground up and thrives in fast-moving, startup-style environments.</p><p><br></p><p>You'll join a small, agile marketing team and work closely with the Marketing Manager, internal stakeholders, and creative leads to bring ambitious concepts to life across digital channels with occasional print needs for events and collateral.</p><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><p><b>Branding & Visual Identity</b></p><ul><li>Lead the creation and refinement of visual identities for several new and emerging brands across the organization.</li><li>Develop brand systems, design libraries, and guidelines that ensure consistency across touchpoints.</li><li>Use rapid ideation workflows (including AI-powered tools) to explore directions, prototype options, and align stakeholders quickly.</li></ul><p><b>Digital & Motion Design</b></p><ul><li>Produce a wide range of digital assets including campaign visuals, social content, landing pages, presentation decks, email graphics, and display banners.</li><li>Create short-form motion assets, logo animations, and dynamic visuals for social, product explainers, and brand storytelling.</li><li>Experiment with AI, 3D concepts, and motion tools to efficiently scale content output.</li></ul><p><b>Cross-Brand Creative Execution</b></p><p>You'll work across multiple brands, such as:</p><ul><li>A <b>health-tech B2B brand</b> needing refreshed motion assets, evolving visual language, and more efficient production of video and 3D-inspired content.</li><li>A <b>luxury travel brand</b> needing fresh creative thinking and the development a distinct, premium visual identity.</li><li>A <b>consumer brand</b> with an existing foundation that needs thoughtful refinement and ongoing creative support.</li><li>Additional businesses requiring brand refreshes, new asset development, and high-volume day-to-day creative execution.</li></ul><p><b>Stakeholder Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Work closely with internal partners to interpret feedback, understand strategic goals, and translate ideas into compelling visual solutions.</li><li>Present work confidently, explain design decisions, and iterate quickly in response to direct feedback.</li><li>Conduct light market research to understand trends, competitor creative, and emerging visual directions.</li></ul><p><b>What You'll Bring</b></p><ul><li>Experience in a <b>startup, fintech, or creative agency</b>, with comfort operating in lean teams and fast-paced environments.</li><li>Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, digital and AI tools.</li><li>Familiarity and enthusiasm for <b>AI-based creative workflows</b> (ideation, prototyping, motion, video, layout generation).</li><li>Ability to move between high-level conceptual thinking and efficient hands-on execution.</li><li>Strength in visual storytelling, typography, layout, animation, and brand systems.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, especially when applying evolving brand standards across channels.</li><li>A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects and brands at once.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting creative work to stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Vacant role:</b></p><p>This role is currently open, and applications are under review.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Equal Opportunity & Experience</b></p><p>Canadian experience is not required for consideration.
