You’re passionate about digital advertising, love outbound sales, and want to make an impact. We’re looking for motivated and energetic professionals to join our team, where you’ll help small and medium-sized businesses grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform.
This role involves net-new advertiser acquisition—reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns.
Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers.
  • Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.


What You Get:

  • A flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of validatable sales experience.
  • No active contract with a different gig while working with us.
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check).

Performance Metrics:

  • Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month.
  • Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene.
  • Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness.
