<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Digital Workforce Transformation - UKG Pro Workforce Implementation Senior Consultant at EY. This role focuses on UKG Pro WFM (formerly Workforce Dimensions) implementation within our Digital Workforce Transformation practice. Join EY to build a career with global scale, inclusive culture and technology-enabled delivery.</p><p>Our People Consulting professionals assist clients in managing and sustaining people, process and technology change, including HR technology assessments, process design and transformation, vendor assessment and selection, target operating models, HCM/WFM implementation readiness, solution implementation and post-implementation optimization.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and UKG Pro WFM implementation concepts. Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. Develop and successfully manage to project budget.</li><li>Deliver quality services by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high-quality deliverables within expected timeframes. Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.</li><li>Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Focus on deliverables and client business priorities. Manage expectations of service and understand client industry trends.</li><li>Develop people through on-the-job feedback and training. Foster an innovative, team-oriented work environment.</li><li>Demonstrate high levels of UKG Pro WFM knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge; stay up to date with developments in advisory services and industry trends.</li><li>Generate new business opportunities by understanding EY service lines and actively assessing/presenting ways to serve clients; build long-term client relationships and networks across EY teams.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A related bachelor’s degree</li><li>Approximately 3+ years of consulting experience</li><li>2–5 years of UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience in healthcare, manufacturing or similarly complex sectors</li><li>UKG Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, or Integration Certification is ideal</li><li>Experience with solution gap analysis/recommendations and with business process design/enhancements</li><li>Hands-on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution</li><li>Experience participating in or leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenarios, solution configuration, testing, and deployment</li><li>Understanding of end-to-end implementation lifecycle; project management experience is beneficial</li><li>Ability to work through problems with limited information; proactive in taking steps to resolve issues</li><li>Flexibility and ability to travel (approximately 30%)</li></ul><h3>What We Look For</h3><ul><li>Strong work ethic</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.</li><li>Problem solving with curiosity to understand root causes</li><li>Ability to operate with ambiguity and develop creative solutions</li><li>Business analytical skills to anticipate client needs</li><li>Team-oriented with the ability to lead or follow as appropriate</li><li>Adaptable to diverse stakeholders and communication styles</li><li>High motivation and a self-starting attitude</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><p> EY’s Total Rewards package supports a leading people culture and rewards performance.
