Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering excellence in everything we do, and we're looking for someone who shares our values and is eager to make a positive impact in the industry.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and procedures.</li><li>Streamline manufacturing operations</li><li>Liaise with vendors to resolve issues.</li><li>Ensure efficiency of all labor and meeting on hour standards for tasks.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams in the design and development of new products and processes.</li><li>Manage and support the implementation of new equipment and technology to enhance manufacturing efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with quality control, engineering, and other departments to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.</li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.</li><li>Conduct cost analysis and make recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and progress.</li><li>Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.</li><li>Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.</li><li>Must be able to travel between the US and Canada and have a valid passport</li><li>Must be able to undertake a manufacturing startup, including layout, equipment needs, power requirements and processes.</li><li>Must be able to read engineering drawings, review all mathematical calculations for accuracy and adherence to order specifications</li><li>Must be able to cross -border into the US</li><li>Should have experience in truck/trailer business from a manufacturing standpoint</li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
