Primary Responsibilities


  1. Oversee credentialing, telemedicine program, member enrollment, education. Ensure all medical personnel are administratively prepared to perform duties for any project/program.
  2. Oversee all onboarding, credentialing and malpractice actions/processes/committees for all medical personnel.
  3. Develop, implement and administer departmental systems, procedures, and policies.
  4. Maintain and report on KPIs, metrics and other productivity measures.
  5. Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within senior-level audiences.
  6. Manage complex, highly visible, strategic projects, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvement strategies.
  7. Provide administrative oversight and management of Electronic Health Record system.
  8. Gather and analyze information required for administrative reporting.
  9. Prepare briefing documents for meetings and appointments with internal and external audiences.
  10. Collaborate with education committee and Foundry to develop needs and evidenced based curriculum that is appropriate to achieve established training goals.
  11. Present courses of action and provide reports/feedback regarding training to corporate leadership to enable strategic company decision making.
  12. Supervise Medical Affairs Staff and contractors.
  13. Manage internal and external communications with medical staff.
  14. Serve as the principal administrative contact and liaison for Medical Affairs with all VIGILINT functional areas and external contacts.
  15. Contribute to VIGILINT mission by accomplishing other duties as required.


Authority:

  1. Time/Expense approval authority for staff & all non-government Medical Personnel.
  2. Salesforce, airSlate, EMR, Microsoft.
  3. Supervision of other team members, interns, and contractors during the execution of work related to assigned functional areas of responsibility.

Minimum Requirements


  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in the medical administration setting.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other enabling computer software programs.
  5. Strong sense of urgency and customer service.
  6. Adaptability and flexibility in an ambiguous environment to support the organization’s growth.
  7. Strong written, verbal, and presentational communications skills.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  9. United States citizen.
  10. Current Secret Security Clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain one.
  11. Ability to pass drug screen and comprehensive background check, free of felony convictions.

Strongly Desired Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  3. Proficiency in Salesforce.
  4. Proficiency in Epic EMR.

Salary: $90,000-$115,000
Note: This position is on-site at our Morrisville, NC location.
