Summary:
The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing team to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, overseeing customer acquisition and retention initiatives, and ensuring revenue targets are met. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives, analyze market trends, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Typical Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Weekdays, increased/decreased as needed
Reports to: Integrator/General Manager

Job Duties:
General:
- Meet weekly with the Senior Leadership Team to review current leads, sales performance, revenue targets, and overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and align with business goals.
- Oversee employment and human resources functions, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, job descriptions, and performance reviews.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales and marketing team to foster professional growth.
- Drive business profitability by improving operational efficiency, identifying market opportunities, and refining customer engagement strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices through continued education and professional development.
Team Leadership:
- Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, ensuring a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing structured sales training, weekly role-play exercises, and real-world sales strategy development.
- Conduct ride-alongs, pre-call planning, and post-call debriefs to refine sales techniques and enhance closing rates.
- Foster a results-driven culture through clear KPIs, goal setting, and recognition of top performance.
Client Relations and Sales Execution:
- Ensure all client interactions are strategic, professional, and relationship-focused to drive long-term business success.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand business relationships and market reach.
- Hold the team accountable to maintaining a high level of responsiveness to customer inquiries and concerns.
Sales Strategy:
- Lead and oversee account management and business development efforts to strengthen client relationships and drive retention.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve performance and achieve revenue goals.
- Drive revenue growth by developing data-driven sales strategies that target high-value clients.
- Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed.
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop annual marketing strategies to achieve goals set out by the senior leadership team.
- Oversee content creation and branding initiatives and campaign execution to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
Process Management:
- Develop and optimize sales and marketing processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business growth objectives.
- Identify and implement automation tools and CRM enhancements to streamline workflows and improve sales performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all sales and marketing processes company-wide.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Zoho preferred), and other relevant sales/marketing tools.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to use a smartphone or data-enabled device for communication and reporting.
