The Product Impact & Analytics Team is focused on helping customers and users understand their fan data, leverage our technologies to best help their fans get the best experiences, and take advantage of the best opportunities with their favorite sports properties. This is achieved through PI&A management of product marketing, training delivery, and tailored seasonal strategy.



As Director, Product Impact & Analytics you will develop tailored customer engagement strategies built from fan data-driven best practices that reflects the seasonal nature of our industry.

You will get hands-on with sales, marketing, and analytics departments at leagues & teams to execute fan engagement strategies that ensure positive outcomes powered by StellarAlgo technology. You will develop and leverage internal analytics that inform your customer engagement strategies and support client outcomes.

What You’ll Do


Educate data analysts, marketing directors, sales directors and strategy executives on fan data best practices, developing fan insights, leveraging fan insights and apply fan data use cases using the StellarAlgo Platform.

Develop customer engagement strategies to drive adoption of StellarAlgo technology in support of customer objectives.


Develop customer data analytics that expose a broader picture of fan trends to inform customer engagement strategies in support of StellarAlgo technology adoption objectives.

Develop customer data impact analytics – engage customers with fan data analysis and exploration of activation opportunities and measures.


Identify and assist customer stakeholders to configure key business rules and automations inside the StellarAlgo platform to achieve their data strategy outcomes.

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive the value of StellarAlgo.


Advocate internally using subject matter expertise for customer needs, requirements, and feature requests across product, internal support, engineering and sales to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.

What We’re Looking For


Demonstrated experience working with sports business stakeholders from the C-level to the leader level with a proven ability to communicate and connect.

Demonstrated experience working with sports analytics teams in a leadership role driving value from data using data ingestion, modeling and business intelligence.


Experience working with ticketing operations in sports organizations with knowledge on how ticketing stakeholders setup and use their ticketing platforms as well as an understanding how this affects the underlying data.

Demonstrated experience building and managing ETL pipelines.


Demonstrated experience designing and managing data architectures and data models to facilitate business intelligence reporting and activations.

Demonstrated experience mapping business processes and identifying challenges into technical and data solutions.


Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders at a client, internally and across many clients.
