About the Role:

We're looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to join our Fulfillment team. This role is all about coordination and communication - you'll be the critical link between our advisors finalizing customer deals and our Field Operations team executing at the curb. You'll work behind the scenes to make sure every vehicle pickup goes off without a hitch, helping to deliver a seamless experience for customers selling their vehicles to Clutch.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate daily scheduling and routing of vehicle pick-ups in partnership with our Field Operations team
  • Serve as the point person for dispatching and logistics
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to confirm logistics, reschedule as needed, and ensure a smooth handoff to our field team
  • Act as the internal liaison between the advisor team and field operations to ensure pickup times are accurate and achievable
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with appointments, proactively resolving customer or operational blockers
  • Keep systems up to date and accurate in tools like HubSpot, Slack, and our proprietary dispatching tools
  • Look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve the customer and field experience

All About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a logistics, scheduling, dispatch, or operations coordination role
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skill - you can make a great impression quickly and speak confidently with customers
  • Incredibly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented - you don't just identify problems, you jump in to fix them
  • Familiarity with routing or scheduling software is a strong asset
  • Experience working with tools like HubSpot, Slack, and Google Sheets is a plus
  • Must be comfortable working 100% on-site at our Halifax facility.
