<p>Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a Dispatcher to join their team. As a Dispatcher, you will be part of the operations department supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.</p>

<p><strong>Location: Toronto, ON</strong></p>

<p><strong>Pay Range: 23-24 an hour</strong></p>

<p><strong>Shift: Mon - Sat</strong></p>

<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate and schedule transportation for clients and drivers to ensure timely deliveries
<li>Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and team members to relay important information
<li>Monitor vehicle locations and statuses to optimize routes and improve efficiency
<li>Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and delivery details
<li>Respond promptly to any issues or delays, providing solutions to keep operations running smoothly
</ul>

<p><strong>What's Needed?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
<li>Proficiency in basic computer applications and dispatch software
</ul>
