Overview:
As District Sales Manager (DSM) in Ontario at Tsubaki of Canada Limited you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our position as a marketing leader in the Power Transmission & Motion Control industry with professional enthusiasm. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing we will work together as a sales team to prove our value every day, to our business partners and most importantly our customers.

<br>Qualifications:<ul><li>A higher level of education in the fields of business and/or mechanical engineering. </li><li>Three years of related industry experience.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to present the company in a professional manner.</li><li>The ability to multitask and react quickly as a result of ever-changing customer demands.</li><li>Personal motivation and ability to provide creative thought.</li><li>Good analytical skills including full proficiency with Microsoft applications.</li></ul>
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ability to achieve realistic budget results.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to travel.</li><li>To provide value to our customers by using your mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.</li><li>Building relationships at both a distributor and user level.</li><li>To be a leader of the brand both externally and internally.</li><li>Must be able to travel and be present in all parts of the territory.</li><li>Able to create plans and reports that benefit not only the company but yourself as well.</li><li>Use and maintain the sales tools given that separate us from the competition.</li><li>Ability to maintain a positive attitude and encourage others internally (Inside Sales & Technical Sales Representatives).</li></ul>About Tsubaki of Canada Ltd.:<br><p>Since 1973, the Canadian market has trusted Tsubaki of Canada Limited, a division of Japan's Tsubakimoto Chain Co., to keep it moving smoothly.
