We are expanding our outreach and building a dedicated Door-to-Door Lead Generation Team to connect directly with homeowners and schedule in-home consultations for our sales professionals.

What You'll Do:
- Engage homeowners directly at their residences to introduce Lifestyle Home Products and True North Bath Remodel.
- Pre-qualify homeowner interest in our products and services.
- Schedule qualified in-home consultation appointments for our sales team.
- Accurately log homeowner information and appointment details using our mobile CRM app.
- Represent our brands professionally and ethically in all field activities.
Key Deliverables:
- 6-12 qualified leads/appointments per week (12-25 hours/week, flexible, evenings/week weekends).
Who Are You:
- Outgoing, confident, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.
- Self-motivated, ethical, and customer-service oriented.
- Comfortable using mobile CRM applications and GPS tools.
- Prior canvassing or sales experience is preferred but not required – we provide comprehensive training!
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward top performers:
- Hourly Base Pay: $21/hour
- Incentives:
- Demo Bonus: $45 per qualified in-home consultation (demo).
- Earning Potential: High-performing representatives can average $750 - $1,000+ per week, combining base pay and demo bonuses.
- Mileage Reimbursement: mileage/gas reimbursement
Training & Support:
We invest in your success! You'll receive:
- Initial comprehensive training (1-2 days) covering product knowledge, pitch development, compliance, and CRM use.
- Ongoing coaching, weekly huddles, and performance reviews.
- Territory tracking, daily submissions, and GPS check-ins for accountability and support.
