We develop tailored programs which respond to our clients'<br />individual needs- allowing them to build business volume and strengthen customer<br />relationships while we deliver robust and scalable leasing programs.<br />We focus on driving successful relationships for our clients, lessees and our team!<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br /> Handling the ingoing and outgoing queue calls and advise lessees of options available at<br />the end of the lease;<br /> Advising consumers/ dealers in servicing the maturing lease accounts and their retention<br />efforts;<br /> Maintaining data for reporting purposes;<br /> Applying sound judgment to resolve account disputes to avoid escalations;<br /> Performing necessary skip-tracing activities as required to locate customers;<br /> Advising the EOT Team Lead of any end of term issues<br /> Administers lessees over term accounts, lease extensions and early terminations;<br /> Establish solid communications and positive relationships with dealers and<br />manufacturers;<br /> Carrying out administrative duties as required.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br /> 2+ years experience in a Call Centre environment;<br /> Must be bilingual in French and English - both verbally and written;<br /> Experience in handling electronic communications;<br /> Demonstrated planning and organizational skills;<br /> Flexible and adaptable to working in a fast-paced team environment;<br /> Able to multitask and prioritize;<br /> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;<br /> Willing to work different shifts;<br /> Associates degree in a related field;<br /> Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);<br /> Critical thinker;<br /> Automotive experience is an asset.</p><p><br /></p><p><br />If you are a person with a disability and have questions or would like help with your<br />application, please email careers@CDLSl.com.</p><p><br /></p><p><br />CDLSI is an equal opportunity employer.
