We are looking for a full-time Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling low-code solutions to enterprise customers in Canada and potentially the USA.

The client has 60 million+ USD in revenue and is in expansion mode.


The client has two main propositions for Enterprise Customers:

Workflow Automation

They offer a comprehensive Business Orchestration and Automation Platform that unifies key capabilities to streamline and automate workflows across the organization. While it primarily focuses on Business Process Automation (BPA) and Low-Code Application Development (LCAP), it also incorporates additional automation and integration functionalities, enabling a seamless, connected ecosystem. With drag-and-drop functionality, users can easily define and schedule workflows, manage tasks, monitor progress, convert workflows into APIs, and integrate them with custom-designed interfaces.



Digital Interaction Management

For companies who want to ease and enrich their digital customer interactions, our client’s Digital Interaction Management enables customer service and support teams to engage with customers through their preferred digital communication channels with effective social listening and proactive channel management using artificial intelligence technologies through a single platform. The Digital Interaction Management provides a competitive and critical enrichment for seamless communication with customers under all circumstances. With the platform, social listening and media tracking through digital channels are made possible. In addition, all notifications from social media and e-mail channels can be collected in a single environment and can be managed effectively and efficiently with the power of artificial intelligence. In this way, seamless customer complaint management can be performed in digital channels.

The solutions can be bought on the AWS storefront. The product contains AI-powered chatbots, campaign management, CX, martech and loyalty solutions, etc.



Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective enterprise customers
  2. Identify and qualify sales opportunities
  3. Present and sell the whole portfolio of solutions to customers
  4. Close deals and manage customer relationships

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  2. 5+ years of experience selling any of: (WFA, RPA, Low-Code, Martech, Chatbots, CX or similar Enterprise software)
  3. Strong entrepreneurial personality with given sales skills and a proven track record of success
  4. Must be willing to work remotely and build your own sales funnel (the company has many sales tools but candidates must be able to develop their own leads)
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
