NOTE: HYBRID work model, 2-days/week in office. Office located in Mississauga, Ontario.
Type: 6 Month Contract, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week with strong possibility of extension

DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a strategic and technically adept individual to support and lead the execution of our Everyday AI initiative, focused on empowering employees to leverage Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI technologies to transform how we work. This role will drive enterprise-wide adoption, support IT optimization efforts, and ensure alignment with our digital innovation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership:
- Support and lead the Everyday AI initiative across the Canadian enterprise, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and employee experience strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver impactful AI activities such as AI Days, Hackathons, and town hall sessions.
- Technical Enablement:
- Partner with IT to optimize the use of Gen and Agentic AI technologies, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate.
- Provide guidance on integrating AI tools into daily workflows to boost productivity and innovation.
- Employee Engagement & Training:
- Support the rollout of AI Champion Networks, AI Clubs, and Learning to foster grassroots adoption.
- Ensure delivery of monthly AI learning goals and promote usage of the Canadian AI Site and internal AI agent.
- Communications & Recognition:
- Collaborate with HR and Communications to drive awareness through newsletters, company website and recognition programs.
- Track and share success stories, usage metrics, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level digital transformation or AI adoption programs.
- Computer Science Degree and / or master's or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and employee impact.
- Experience in change management, training, and communications is a plus.
