*Responsibilities*
* Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice on hair care and styling options.
* Upsell products and services to enhance the overall client experience while meeting sales goals.
* Assist at the front desk as needed, managing appointments, answering phone calls, and addressing client inquiries.
* Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
* Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
* Retail sales experience is preferred to enhance upselling opportunities.
* Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
* Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
* A valid cosmetology license is required for this position.
