This is your chance to join a progressive, forward-thinking clinic with a supportive culture and strong core values.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth clinic performance<br><br></p></li><li><p>Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve goals and KPIs<br><br></p></li><li><p>Manage HR functions including scheduling, payroll, and inventory<br><br></p></li><li><p>Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff<br><br></p></li><li><p>Learn and remain proficient in all clinic roles to effectively train, support, and cross-cover team members as needed<br><br></p></li><li><p>Handle escalated client situations with professionalism and care<br><br></p></li><li><p>Collaborate with practice owners to implement strategic priorities<br><br></p></li></ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>1–2 years of veterinary management experience required<br><br></p></li><li><p>CVPM certification preferred, not required<br><br></p></li><li><p>Experience managing 5+ team members in a client-focused setting<br><br></p></li><li><p>Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills<br><br></p></li><li><p>Positive, growth-minded attitude and ability to work independently<br><br></p></li></ul> <h3>Schedule & Compensation</h3><ul><li><p>Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Sundays closed)<br><br></p></li><li><p>Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)<br><br></p></li><li><p>Benefits include: medical coverage, uniform allowance, volunteer stipend, revenue sharing potential, CE opportunities, discounted pet care, paid time off, and more<br><br></p></li></ul> <h3>About Our Clinic</h3> <p>Since 2003, our independent practice has provided personalized, high-quality veterinary care under the leadership of a doctor with over 30 years of experience.
