About the Role
As an Exterior Finishing Carpenter, you will contribute to the construction of high-end custom homes by installing premium siding systems, architectural details, and exterior finishes. You will work closely with a skilled, hardworking crew to deliver clean, precise workmanship using cedar, fibre-cement products, and other specialty materials. This role is ideal for carpenters who take pride in detailed craftsmanship and enjoy contributing to standout residential projects.
Key Responsibilities

Install cedar shingles, cedar siding, Hardie panels, Hardie shingles, and related exterior systems.

Complete soffits, trims, post-and-beam cladding, and architectural exterior details.

Perform waterproofing, flashing, sanding, and surface preparation.

Work safely on scaffolding and participate in site organization and cleanup.

Support the crew lead and coordinate effectively with team members and trades.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in siding or exterior finishing carpentry.

Strong attention to detail with pride in high-quality craftsmanship.

Reliable, punctual, energetic, and comfortable working outdoors year-round.
