About the Opportunity


Location: Saskatoon, SK (On-site)

Neobridge Healthcare is building a Saskatoon‑based talent pool of General Family Physicians to support primary care clinics (longitudinal rostered care and/or walk‑in/urgent primary care, depending on the site). Physicians must be eligible for registration and practice in Saskatchewan through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS).


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, acute issues, and chronic disease management.

  • Order and interpret tests, make referrals, and coordinate care with specialists and allied health providers.

  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and participate in clinic quality/safety processes.

  • Build strong patient relationships through clear communication, empathy, and evidence‑informed care.

  • Work collaboratively with clinic staff to ensure efficient, patient‑centered service delivery.


Qualifications



  • MD with independent practice registration eligibility in Saskatchewan (CPSS) (or applicable provisional pathway, depending on the opportunity).

  • Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient‑first approach.

  • Comfort working in a structured clinic setting with EMR documentation.
