As a Finance and Administration Vice-President your job description would be as follows: Decide on middle managers, directors or other executive staff of the company Manage the work of all regions, divisions or departments Determine objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs Allot material, human and financial resources to execute company policies and programs Represent the organization or appoint representatives to function on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions Set up economic and administrative controls along with formulate and approve promotional campaigns and approve overall personnel planning. Essential Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent communication skills-written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills Work conditions and physical capabilities: Large Workload Attention to Detail Work under pressure Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English.
Education: Completion of bachelors degree is required. Salary: $ 51.30 hourly for 30-40 hrs./week.
