The Financial Controller will play a key leadership role within the finance team, reporting directly to the CFO and managing a team of 5–6. This position is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end and quarter-end closing, financial reporting, and maintaining robust internal controls. The Controller will ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial information to support sound business decision-making across the organization.
In addition to core accounting oversight, this is a very hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise and a collaborative leadership style. The Controller will also lead the implementation of Microsoft Business Central, driving process improvement, system integration, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.
