<h3>About Tofu</h3>
<p>How do you distinguish between real and fake in an AI world? This question has crippled the recruiting industry overnight. Tofu is building one of the most important companies of our time and the layer to fix it. AI has made it easier than ever to fake credentials, impersonate real people, and apply to jobs at scale using synthetic identities. More than 60% of remote applicants are fake, there were 75M detected deepfakes last year, and the number of state-sponsored groups hired by Fortune 500s grew 220%. The hiring funnel has become the front door to the enterprise, and AI has cracked it wide open. It’s a $96 billion problem that needs to be solved.</p>

<h3>About The Role</h3>
<p>We’re hiring a second <b>Founding Growth Lead</b> to work directly with our Founder & CEO to help drive Tofu’s next stage of growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in building our sales function from the ground up, driving pipeline and helping Tofu reach $10 M in ARR. This is a rare opportunity to be part of an early‑stage team where your impact is massive, your ownership is real, and your growth is unlimited.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Run outbound prospecting campaigns to book meetings with Talent Acquisition and Security Leaders at target companies.</li>
<li>Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive them through the sales cycle.</li>
<li>Conduct product demos and technical discovery calls with security teams.</li>
<li>Work directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure success.</li>
<li>Develop messaging, positioning, and sales collateral that resonates with our buyers.</li>
<li>Collaborate with founders to refine GTM strategy, and identify new growth channels.</li>
<li>Track metrics, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on what's working.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Who You Are</h3>
<ul>
<li>3–7 years of experience in SaaS sales, business development OR you have been a founder before.</li>
<li>You take initiative, love to win and are motivated to build massive pipeline.</li>
<li>You do not wait for instructions, you figure things out and find creative ways to get prospects to book calls and close deals.</li>
<li>You can manage a large prospect list of active leads and relentlessly (and politely) stay on top of prospects that take longer to close.</li>
<li>You communicate in plain language and explain things simply - we’re allergic to complex language.</li>
<li>Thrive in ambiguity you can prioritize, execute, and lead your own pipeline without direction.</li>
<li>You want to work in an early-stage startup, know what it takes and are eager to grow quickly.</li>
</ul>
<p>Note: This will be intense and you need to be up to the challenge.</p>
