Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Fraud Claims Analyst to join their team. As a Fraud Claims Analyst, you will be part of the Fraud Investigation department supporting clients in managing their credit card products.
Job Title: Fraud Claims Analyst
Location: Fredericton (Remote)
Pay Range: $23.00 hourly
Duration: 3 months
What’s the Job?
- Provide exceptional client support by assisting clients with their credit card inquiries.
- Quickly resolve client issues and identify financial opportunities.
- Utilize knowledge of CIBC’s card products to offer personalized solutions.
- Engage with clients to deepen relationships and ensure a meaningful experience.
- Work independently in a remote environment while meeting business requirements.
What’s Needed?
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
