REQUIRMENTS• EXPERIENCE WITH HAND AND POWER TOOLS
• Experience in manufacturing, skid building, or production support
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with noise, dust, and machinerySkid Builder
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Pay rate: $19.00/hr

Hands-on production support role responsible for building skids and operating a saw, Supports warehouse, production, and shipping operations while following strict health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities
• Cut lumber and assemble skids to specifications
• Operate powered equipment including an saw and nail gun
• Perform basic repairs on damaged skids
• Stage materials and finished products
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Assist with material handling using pallet jacks or forklifts (if trained)Health & Safety
• Follow OHSA, industrial safety regulations, and machine-specific procedures
• Use required PPE and lockout/tagout procedures
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report hazards or incidents
• Participate in safety training and meetings
