Job Summary:
Caseley Auto Sales is growing and is currently looking for a General Manager. As the General Manager, you will provide overall leadership and direction to all dealership departments, including Sales, Service, and Administration. Your role will be instrumental in achieving dealership goals and objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement. The successful candidate will possess a strong business acumen and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:


Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Oversee sales team performance, provide coaching, and set aggressive sales goals.

Financial Management: Create and manage the dealership budget. Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure profitability.



Operational Excellence: Optimize dealership operations by improving efficiency, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices. Manage inventory levels and reconditioning.

Vehicle Procurement: Responsible for purchasing vehicles and associated logistics and arbitration.


Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the dealership. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Team Building: Develop a high-performing team. Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to employees.



Qualifications:

Proven leadership and management experience in the automotive industry.


Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities.

Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated success in driving dealership performance and profitability.

Reports To:
This position reports to the CEO.


Regular hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday, however, evening and Saturday hours may be added in the future and disbursed among the Caseley Team. Additional hours may be required at various times such as month-end accounting and sales peaks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent



Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
