<p>As General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding service, and achieve financial targets. You’ll lead staff development, manage schedules, and uphold health and safety standards. Your restaurant management expertise will inspire excellence and foster a positive, guest-focused environment. You’ll also engage in leadership development opportunities to grow your management skills.</p>

<p>You have 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. You’re passionate about hospitality, motivated to develop your team, and excel at achieving operational and financial goals. Restaurant management expertise is essential for this role.</p>
