You will act as the personal liaison for our customers within a dedicated book of business,</span><span> </span><span>ensuring that expectations are set and met while accomplishing buyer goals and buyer conversion. Whether it’s troubleshooting or<span> </span>account development, you’re a valued resource for the clients in your market. </span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Flexible</b><span>. </span></b><span> </span><span>Knowing that the customer's needs do not stop at 5pm, you will work in balance with your accounts to be<span> </span>available when they require your help. </span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Highly skilled in negotiation</b><span>s </span></b><span>and using data to help customers make good buying decisions. </span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Well-versed in the automotive space</b></b> <span>and can act as a consultant that will impact the buyer's success rate </span></p></li></ul> <p><b><b>You Will: </b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Manage a book of our key volume accounts </span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute on key Initiatives and campaigns </span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and grow the number of key account wins by executing proper sales and management strategies</span><span> </span><br /><span>Build and negotiate successful trades </span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide basic training as required to clients as issues are discovered or mentioned during calls </span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactively communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with Openlane users and partners </span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage and update accounts within Salesforce.Com </span></p></li><li><p><span>Achieve monthly sales targets </span></p></li><li><p><span>Persuasively, explain to customers and prospective customers how Openlane’s service can reduce customer's costs<span> </span>and enhance their business</span></p></li></ul> <p><b><b>Who You Will Work With</b><span>:</span><span> </span></b></p> <ul><li><p><span>Reporting to the </span><b><span>Senior Director of Buyer Experience</span></b><span>, this role will collaborate with the Buyer Experience Specialist </span><span>team to ensure a seamless customer experience </span></p></li><li><p><span>Other key interactions with our Arbitration teams. </span></p></li></ul> <p><b><b>Must Haves:</b><b> </b></b></p><ul><li><p><span> </span><span>University degree or equivalent professional experience. </span></p></li><li><p><span>4+ years in a customer-focused, industry-specific, or account management position; <br /> preferred. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Superior communication skills in both <b>English and French</b>, able to clearly articulate ideas and concepts. </span></p></li><li><p><span> Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite products. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrable knowledge of CRM tools; <br /> Salesforce and Pipedrive are strongly preferred. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to blend sales acumen, outstanding interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm to stay flexible in a fast-paced,<span> </span>changing environment. </span><span> </span></p></li></ul> <p><br /><b>Sound like a match?
