Job Description

Position Summary


To provide customer service by coordinating the activities of associates to complete assigned handheld terminal activities. Ensuring a zoned and stocked salesfloor and offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This will be accomplished by maintaining and recovering merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Department Manager will function as a lead of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.


What you’ll do



  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.

  • Delegate, assist and follow up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks - Section Work, Capping bins, Stocking picks.

  • Delegate, assist and follow up on the completion of price changes and feature sets.

  • Delegate, assist and follow up on modular completion in assigned area.

  • Delegate and support with coverage in required areas on the salesfloor as needed, support with recovery and zoning activities.

  • Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard‑free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.

  • Ensure associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage.

  • Train, coach and offer feedback to associates.


The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
