Description:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Employee will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds of dental handpieces and related equipment as well as providingan excellentcustomer experience over the phone, in person or via email. Further tasks include invoice processing,andinventory management.

Responsibilities:
The Employees duties shall include, but are not limited to:
- Performmaintenance, repairs, and rebuilds of dental handpieces.
- Develop a maintenance schedule for in-house equipment and perform regular tests.
- Enter orders into the ERP system, creating quotes and invoices witha high levelof accuracy.
- Generate and distribute repair reports and other documentation as required by the customer.
- Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies usedthe repair of dental handpieces.
- Answer customer calls and emails ina timelyand professional manner.
- Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of handpieces.
- Track case progress and coordinate with other team members.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in dental equipment repair or related fields
- Mechanical inclination and attention to detail
- Proficiencyin MS office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio
- Self-starter and results oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees and management
- Ability to handle situations professionally with sensitivity,diplomacyand tact
