Ledcor is actively hiring Drillers, Blasters, and Equipment Operators for civil and mining projects across Canada. These are steady, long-term roles with solid crews, reliable work, and clear direction.

Essential Responsibilities:

Perform equipment operation duties in accordance with site procedures and safety standards
Participate in pre-shift safety meetings, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks
Identify and report hazards; stop work when conditions are unsafe
Operate equipment and tools safely and responsibly
Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew to support safe, coordinated work
Follow all PPE, environmental, and site safety requirements

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in civil or surface mining work, ideally around drill and blast crews, or the motivation to learn drill and blast operations from the ground up
Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
Ability to work rotations, shifts, and overtime
Valid driver's license and driver's abstract
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on uneven terrain
Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing
Ability to work up to 12 hour rotating day/night shifts in all weather conditions

Travel allowances provided from anywhere in Canada
Living out allowance or camp available
Various shifts available
